We are seeking a dynamic Community-Based Music Therapist to provide Medicaid wavier and private pay music therapy services in the Indianapolis, IN area. The Community-Based Music Therapist will have a self-determined schedule to provide music therapy in the community and via telehealth to meet billable hours requirements. We offer full-time salaried and part-time hourly positions.

What's Required?

• Have successfully completed a degree program at an accredited school/university approved by the American Music Therapy Association.
• Have successfully completed 6-month/1000 hrs. professional practice internship at an internship site through approved by AMTA.
• Be certified by the Certification Board of Music Therapists.
• Have one or more years clinical/field experience.
• Experience with the developmental disabilities population is preferred.
• Be self-motivated and able to perform independently.
• Display strong organizational and communication skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have or be willing to obtain automobile insurance coverage of at least $100,000/$300,000/$300,000.
