Commercial Collections Client Manager Job at Macquarie Group Limited
A unique opportunity has become available to join our high performing Specialized and Asset Finance division in Jacksonville, Florida as a Client Manager. You will play a key role as an integral part in delivering an outstanding client experience by utilizing your skills in relationship building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a growing commercial equipment finance portfolio. You will provide exceptional customer service support to achieve a balanced outcome for our end-user clients, vendor partners and the business. Aiming to treat all clients with respect and dignity is of the utmost importance.
Day-to-day activities will include (but are not limited to):
- Serving as the primary point of contact to assist clients with billing and account inquiries.
- Performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Working with clients and internal stakeholders to quickly resolve any payment delinquencies.
- Monitoring and reporting any adverse trends in the portfolio.
- Keeping detailed records of all client communication and special handling requirements.
Your process improvement skills will come into play as you leverage your agile mindset and continually review internal procedures and identify areas for ongoing improvement.
You will use your product knowledge in commercial leasing to deliver an optimal client experience. Knowledge of billing procedures, collection techniques and excellent communications skills are required.
Experience with stakeholder management is also imperative, as you will have exposure to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
