Position Title: Hybrid – Collections Specialist

Location: Trevose, PA

Pay: $20/hr - $24/hr

An industry leader in manufacturing is looking to bring on a collections specialist to their team. This collections specialist will be responsible for communicating regularly with vendors to make collections calls, negotiate and arrange payment plans, post payments, process credit application and preform internal reconciliations as needed. The most qualified candidate will have experience preforming business to business collections, processing credit applications & have worked in a large-scale ERP.

This is a hybrid positions with the expectation that after training, candidates will be in office 2-3 days a week. Candidates must be commutable to their office in Trevose, PA

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating regularly with vendors to make collections calls
• Negotiating payment arrangements
• Processing credit applications
• Posting Payments
• Preforming Internal reconciliations

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of B2B Collections experience
• Large Scale ERP experience
• Customer service-oriented personality
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Excel Skills (Pivot tables, VLookups)
