Job Description

Position Overview: FT Role Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm ; Pay $23 - $27 determined based on experience

The Collections Analyst III is responsible for the efficient, effective, and timely resolution of outstanding customer balances through professional written and oral communication. This position requires an individual who can successfully manage a select subset of our top tier key accounts. The Collections Analyst III will foster strong working relationships with our internal key account directors, sales, pricing, marketing and administrative teams as well as our national collections team for their assigned accounts. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in key account collections with regional and national brands, recent demonstrable experience with SAP along with experience working within the beverage industry.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and complete daily collection activities for key account customer portfolio to mitigate risk and ensure collection goals are obtained
  • Complete ongoing customer account reconciliations, navigate disputes and perform research utilizing customer portals
  • Prepare and present bi-weekly PowerPoint account status updates to key stakeholders
  • Document collection efforts with clear and concise notes
  • Perform additional accounts receivable responsibilities as requested by leadership

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of commercial collections experience with regional and national brand customer portfolios preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both internal and external to the organization
  • Recent hands on experience with SAP preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
  • A customer service mindset with excellent problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment
