RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Program CNC cut files

. Operate CNC machine in the cutting of metals and perform daily maintenance.

· Manage inventory of metal sheets and assembly parts.

· Assist with the assembly of fixtures based on priorities communicated from supervisor.

· Assist with packaging and shipping.

· Provide feedback to supervisor on fixture assembly.

. Perform daily, weekly and monthly machine maintenance and fill out maintenance chart.

. Maintain Inventory of CNC bits, tables, metal, screws, ect and communicate to Automation Manager.

· Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.

· Maintains a safe and clean work area.

· Perform other related duties as required and or as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Comprehends cad drawings.

· Recognizes different materials: metals, screws, nuts, etc..

· Be able to read and understand English

· Able to understand basic work and safety instructions in English.

· Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

· Use of hand held and power tools

· Requires standing for a prolonged period of time and lifting up to 30lbs.

· Requires repetitive movements with fingers, hands and arms.
