Bremer Manufacturing. Co. Inc. is a privately held aluminum foundry, located near Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, serving the aluminum casting industry for over 75 yrs. Bremer operates a modern 66,300 square foot facility, producing aluminum sand castings for many industries including automotive and outdoor lighting. We are looking for CNC Machinists and CNC Operators for 1st and 2nd shift.
CNC Job Description:
1. Following process instructions setup and operate various CNC and conventional machines and perform various machining operations according to customer specifications and drawings. (CNC Machinist)
1.1 Operate various CNC and conventional machines and perform various machining operations according to customer specification and drawings. (CNC Operator)
2. Must be able to effectively utilize various measuring devices (micrometers, pin gages, etc.) to determine conformance to specification, drawings.
3. Train other machine operators and assist them on an as-needed basis. (CNC Machinist)
4. Maintains overall cleanliness of work area.
5. Contribute to team activities which would include process and safety improvement.
Education and Experience:
Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
