$2600 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time ($100 biweekly for the first year)
$500 Sign-on Bonus for Per Diem ($50 biweekly for the first 10 payperiods)

IAM is looking for Full-Time and Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Team at Treats Falls House, a small ICF/IID-Nursing facility in Orono, Maine. Our CNAs have a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with residents due to a low 3:1 resident-to-CNA ratio and a care philosophy that considers strong relationships critical to health and quality of life. CNAs provide personal care and work with residents to increase skills that help them s live their best lives at home and in their communities.
Qualifications:
- Be on the State of Maine CNA registry
- HS Diploma or GED
- Able to pass agency background, driver's license, and proof of vaccination requirements
- Have a strong desire to assist those with disabilities in achieving their dreams
- Ability to be a positive, productive team member who is flexible and likes to have fun
