Sameday Health is seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) / Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) / Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN) to join our team. You will create a seamless experience for our clients by providing optimal customer service and demonstrating your exceptional knowledge in the medical field. Our ideal candidate has the ability to maintain a level of professionalism, medical training, and passion for patient care. What You’ll Do

• Maintain excellent communication with clinical teams and medical staff
• Deliver quality care, while exceptional medical standards
• Successfully verify and maintain patient records
• Set up and sanitize exam rooms
• Perform general duties according to current policies and procedures
• Handle clients and customer questions in a professional manner
• Work in collaboration with the clinic manager to coordinate a well-balanced flow of patients through the clinic

What You’ll Bring

• Medical Assistant Certification, Emergency Medical Technician Certification or Vocation Nurse License
• At least two years of experience working in the medical field preferred
• One year of EMR Systems preferred
• Knowledge of medical equipment and relevant procedures
• High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent listening and communication skills; outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature, ability to handle schedule flexibility, and dynamic work environment
• Experience in sales and customer service preferred
• Professional appearance and presentation at all times
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
