The Clinical Scheduler is responsible for scheduling clinical staff to ensure appropriate coverage across all clinical practice sites. This includes working with staff and managers to confirm cares provided to all of our patients based on the Agrace care model. The Clinical Scheduler utilizes multiple scheduling software systems.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for clinical schedules across all practice sites and includes collaborating with management staff regarding current and upcoming needs.
Position details:
- 1.0 FTE Full-time
- Fexlible hours - usually 8a-4:30p

- High School diploma or equivalent and post high school education preferred
- 1-3 years clinical or medical administrative work history strongly preferred
