Position Summary:

The Clinical Quality Manager (CQM) is responsible for training all clinical and administrative performance areas for assigned Clinical Supervisors (CSs), including their ABA knowledge and skills, supervisory skills, and adherence to company processes. The CQM will ensure that these skills are maintained at high levels over time and will provide remedial training and client-specific support as required. The CQM will ensure meaningful client progress through high-level outcome monitoring.

The Clinical Quality Manager will utilize, understand, and apply work practices aligned with the core values and strategic plan of Verbal Beginnings. The CQM will report to and work closely with the Field Clinical Director and will collaborate with Field Regional Directors to ensure that their clinical staff are providing high quality services aligned with our Pledge of Care.

Location & Schedule:

  • Location: This role will work from home-based office setting and may sometimes operate in clients' homes, in the community, or office environment. The candidate must reside in one of our current service areas which include Maryland, Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Delaware (Eastern Shore), or Pittsburgh PA.
  • Schedules: This is a full-time position, with evening work regularly required to support field based BCBAs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Hold a current state professional license in the state you are providing services in
  • Completion of BCBA supervision training.
  • 3+ years of experience as a BCBA, working in and developing home, school, and community based ABA programs.
  • Experience supervising implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
  • 4+ years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience working with children with behavior problems.
  • Experience conducting family training on ABA based treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication skills and excitement to work with others!
