The Clinic Practice Manager position will be responsible for operational and financial management of the STD and HIV clinical Services. The Clinical Practice Manager will optimize the fiscal health of the clinics by working in coordination with the Director of Clinic Operations to implement a practice management model to effectively utilize resources and ensure regulatory compliance.

The position is responsible for:

  • Monitor and analyze data to assist with strategic planning for the division
  • Create a service integration framework to enhance the client experience
  • Improve quality of services, reduce cost and improve patient outcomes
  • This position is part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Physicians, Physician Extenders, Nurses, Nurse Aides, Clinical Social Worker, Human Services Technician and other Customer Service. These representatives partner together to meet the goals of the work area.

Essential Functions include:

  • Practice Management for Immunization and Child Health Clinics to include oversight of clinic budget and revenue- billing, claims and accounts receivable- marketing- communication- and strategic planning
  • Oversight of human resource and staffing functions for these clinics
  • Attend local, state or national training opportunities to enhance skills in practice management, healthcare financial management and quality improvement.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and supervision to the clinic supervisory staff and physician staff.
  • Working with Building/Budget Representative and/or General Services Administration to manage facility utilization and maintenance- and equipment utilization, maintenance and replacement.
  • Participate in preparedness trainings, disaster response and staff the EOC as needed.
  • Assure compliance with all Local, State and Federal Guidelines Provide representation at assigned meetings and participate in strategic planning Participate in activities to achieve clinic and departmental goals and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
