The Clinical Coordinator/Counselor is the perfect position for a determined paraprofessional, caregiver, social worker or behavioral health professional looking for an exciting and rewarding career opportunity working with young people to help them overcome challenges and recognize their potential. No formal experience is needed. We will support you as you learn and develop the skills to make a difference.

Requirements:

• Candidates are required to submit a negative substance abuse test and be able to obtain fingerprint and criminal history background clearance. CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Intervention are required trainings that are provided by the agency.
• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma/ GED and minimum of two years related work experience or Related Bachelor's degree.

• Reliable transportation is required, including proof of insurance and an acceptable driving record.
• Acceptable driving record: No more than 2 minor moving violations in the past 3 years; no major moving violations in the past 3 years.
