CLINICAL CASE REVIEWER Job at Optalis Healthcare
Working alongside other nurses in our Optalis Admissions Center (OAC), our Clinical Case Reviewers medically evaluate referrals from hospital patients, determine appropriate placement and assist with the admission process from hospital to nursing home for skilled rehabilitation.
There is no patient care associated with this position and this position is not located in a Facility.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have excellent clinical assessment, communication and computer skills.
EXPERIENCE
Previous Nursing Home experience is preferred. Must have a current active license (without restrictions) as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. We will also consider a qualified medical assistant.
Job type:
Full–time position will be 40 hours per week working in the Optalis Admission Center in Novi. This position will be M-F, and will include weekend rotation approximately every 6 weeks with scheduled day(s) off during the week.
Part-time position will be approximately 16-24 hours per week working in the Optalis Admission Center in Novi. This position will be M-F covering when a full-time employee has scheduled day(s) off.'
