Format and distribute to appropriate teamsAssist with Unknown Lines calls, manage and respond to AZ811 within 2 hour compliance ETAFielding One Call calls for outside and inhouse contractors, planners, customers and partnering with current locate contractor to receive locate marks needed.One Call POC- receives all One Call related calls and emails from contractors, homeowners and Cox Construction Employees and Management due to no/incomplete or incorrect marks by One Call locate contractor and damages. Research One Call information received, emails and calls from vendor Supervisor to resolve. Follows up with contractor. Secondary POC for S/AZ.
