About the position::Velosio is looking for a Client Success Support Manager to be an integral member of the Client Success Team.

As a Client Success Support Manager at Velosio, you will be responsible for managing a team of Client Success Support Engineers. In addition, you will be responsible for overall Client Success which includes and not limited to Client lifecycle management including onboarding, project leadership, and ongoing client experience. The jobholder provides the best client experience possible, which, in turn, will result in retention and expansion. He/she is also responsible for the development and implementation of repeatable project methodologies and lifecycle management approaches. #LI-Remote

Your day might look like::

  • Strong and proven track record of successfully managing Technical Support Engineers, customer relationships, and technical projects.
  • Assist clients to expand their usage and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the Customer’s partner and with other team members (Technical and marketing consulting, Sales Executives, product engineering service, and/or cloud support) to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of client satisfaction.
  • Communicate consistently with customers throughout the customer lifecycle and escalate important issues where needed.
  • Lead the overall client onboarding and act as the project manager for select projects.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for any client concerns regarding product, support, or billing.
  • Responsible for working closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

What you'll bring::

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Communications or equivalent business experience.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer skills from previous employment.
  • Excellent work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, very responsible, and focused on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations.
  • Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to client success.
