The Camp Transformation Center is a rapidly growing fitness center that offers clients a unique, fun, and proven workout experience. Our mission is to help individuals transform their lives through health and fitness. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time Client Retention Specialist.

Objective: The primary goal of the Client Retention Specialist is to extend client retention by at least three months, focusing on supporting and engaging clients who are in their first 90 days at The Camp Transformation Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and orientation
  • Conduct new client orientations, explaining the center's offerings, services, and resources
  • Ensure new clients feel welcomed and supported during their initial days at the center
  • Personalized client support
  • Maintain regular communication with clients in their first 90 days, providing encouragement and addressing any concerns
  • Conduct periodic check-ins, tracking clients' progress and adjusting their programs as needed
  • Identify clients at risk of dropping out and develop personalized strategies to keep them engaged
  • Fitness and nutrition education
  • Host weekly workshops or seminars on various fitness and nutrition topics to provide clients with valuable knowledge and motivation
  • Develop a library of educational materials, such as articles, videos, and tip sheets, for clients to access and review
  • Organizing social and community events
  • Plan and execute monthly social events, such as group hikes, potlucks, or charity runs, to foster a sense of community among clients
  • Encourage clients to participate in events and invite friends or family members to join
  • Implementing client feedback
  • Collect and analyze client feedback through surveys, suggestion boxes, or face-to-face conversations
  • Work with the management team to implement changes and improvements based on client feedback
  • Collaborate with coaches and staff
  • Coordinate with coaches to ensure clients are receiving the support they need in their workouts
  • Share insights and strategies with the sales and customer success teams to enhance overall client satisfaction and retention
  • Monitoring and reporting
  • Track client retention metrics and provide regular updates to the management team
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of retention strategies and suggest improvements or new initiatives

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Passion for health and fitness, and a desire to help others achieve their goals
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic understanding of fitness and nutrition principles
  • CPR/AED certification is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
