As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting our team of cleaning technicians. This position requires a wide range of skills, including customer service, sales, and team leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Sales

· Oversee the client experience journey

· Fielding inbound sales calls

· Creating and presenting quotes by phone, email, and other means

· Quote follow-up via call, text message, and email

· Book jobs based on our protocols and tools

· Reporting

· Documenting Customer Preferences and requirements to deliver excellent service

Customer & Employee Support

· Problem-solving and creative thinking

· Ability to emotionally connect with customers and employees and understand their needs

· Schedule, reschedule, and adjustments

· Notify customers and technicians of changes to the schedule that impact them

· Create efficient routes that take into account customer preferences, employee schedules, and employee start locations if able

· Invoicing & Job Record Management

· Billing and other financial record management and reporting

Employee/Team Scheduling & Support

· Planning and organizing staff meetings, recognition meetings and team engagement activities

· You'll be our employee cheerleader, liaison, party planner, training guru, and onboarding superstar admin. You will be their support system.

· Work with staff throughout the day to provide guidance and support

· Support activities throughout the day including communication and scheduling

· Liaison between the customer and cleaning technician

· Monitoring daily flow of technicians and adjusting as necessary

· Modeling Petal Sweet Cleaning Core Values to all team members

All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

· (3) or more years of experience in customer service in a customer-facing role.

· Excellent documentation and communicative skillsets are vital to your success.

· Technically inclined, web-savvy, and able to use computers for most work functions.

· Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use.

· A history of driving customer satisfaction and creating delightful experiences.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
