Location: Largo, FL

Pay: $17-$19/hr

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be a Customer Service / Experience oriented individual with relevant professional experience.

Develop daily rapport with customers and manage orders, including gathering customers’ information, artwork, event dates etc. so that the orders can be fulfilled timely.

Essential Job Functions

  • Communicate with customers by phone or email and receive and process orders for promotional products.
  • Processing orders and determining one or more of the following (inclusive of but not limited to): item pricing, shipping rates / quotes, add-on decorating imprinting costs, special packaging charges – etc./etc., executing on requests to changes to in-house orders, expediting orders, and communicating with other departments.
  • Assist others as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service capacity
  • Excellent people skills and a passion for providing a best-in-class Service / Customer Experience
  • Previous demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced / high-volume environment, manage multiple conflicting deadlines and consistently meet the identified service, quality, and cost KPI’s
  • Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and independently and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Effective oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations, problematic orders, and utilizing a strong decision-making skill
  • This is a remote position; however, does require the selected candidate to periodically work in the office, attend onsite meetings – etc., thus requiring them to live locally (in the greater Tampa area)

  • Bi-Lingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
