Cleaner/Office Assistant Sierra Ridge Job at Somerset Pacific
KEY JOB DUTIES
Cleans assigned apartments and common areas with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
Prepares units for new residents.
Assist maintenance technicians with cleaning out vacated units if needed.
Compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures.
Maintenance experience a plus!
OTHER DUTIES
Assisting to clean other areas of the apartment complex as assigned by the manager when needed to include (but not limited to) apartments, laundry rooms, bathroom, stairwells and common areas.
Responsible for maintaining overall complex cleanliness.
Other duties as requested by the management team.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to perform thorough cleaning of apartments pursuant to company standards, policies and procedures.
Push or pull up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to position self to access low areas, traverse heights and remain stable while doing so, balance, and the ability to bend, kneel, or crouch.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
No prior experience or training necessary.
