Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (11:00am - 7:30 pm) & Saturday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)
Stripping and Waxing: 1 year of verifiable experience required. Skills must be demonstrated during practical test.
Carpet Care experience not required but preferred. Carpet shampooing, carpet extraction, and bonneting, etc.
Provides cleaning and portering services in the Lincoln Center buildings.
Removes recyclables in accordance with University procedures.
Delivers and pickups mail, packages and campus correspondence as assigned.
Rearranges furniture and does move jobs when requested.
Keeps building entrances and perimeter free of snow, ice, leaves, garbage, etc. as assigned.
Responsibilities also include stripping, waxing and shampooing floors.
Other duties as required.
