We are growing! Orgill is a family friendly hardware distributor with over 170 years’ experience. We are currently seeking a delivery driver for SLC, Utah, who is primarily responsible for the support of distribution center operations by efficiently delivering hardware related merchandise to our cutomers across UT, ID, and WY. This is a Mon-Fri position with 2 over nights a week.

SALARY- Our drivers average $80,000 + per year

After 1yr you will make &80,000 + guaranteed!!

Freightliner Tractors with Fully Supported road side service.

Position Responsibilities:

• Self-motivated driver with customer service skills.
• Preforming pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork, and loaded product.
• Maintaining daily electronic driving logs.
• Drive to destinations as outlined in the manifest, in a safe, responsible manner and in compliance with all state laws and transportation regulations.
• Notifying Supervisors with any route changes, time delays, and non-delivered orders.
• Checking-in with customers at each account.
• Unloading and delivering product.
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Ability to work a minimum of two overnights in a five day work week.

Requirements:

• Current possession of a Class A CDL.
• Must be able to obtain a Hazmat Endorsement and Doubles and Triples.
• Excellent MVR and driving background.
• Able to walk, bend, reach, stoop, squat, push and pull as well as maneuver items of any weight above 75 pounds with appropriate equipment (Such as, but not limited to: unloading merchandise for customers using a manual pallet jack and unloading freight by hand and/or with use of a dolly/hand truck)
