This customer service position typically works the following hours:

• Monday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

This administrative position has Fridays and weekends off!

As a Chiropractic Care Coordinator - Sales Rep for our chiropractic clinic, you play a vital role in our ability to find new members and successfully treat our patients. You handle incoming phone calls from potential and returning clients to explain the benefits of our treatments and encourage patients to schedule appointments. Committed to providing top-notch customer service, you strive to build positive connections with our patients and make them feel comfortable coming to us for care.

You also diligently maintain patient files, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. As patients undergo treatment at our clinic, you record what services they receive and track their overall progress. If you notice a patient hasn't scheduled an appointment in a while, you contact them and encourage them to stick with their treatment plan. You enjoy connecting people with beneficial care and love playing a part in helping people become healthier!
