Who are we looking for

This position plays an important and strategic role in supporting our C-Suite in both their day-to-day and overall operations of the organization. A successful candidate is able to embed themselves into the business, dig into complex issues, and help our C-Suite understand key aspects of the organization. This is not a behind-the-scenes-role; we are looking for someone who can help lead the charge, connect the dots, make compelling proposals, and, most importantly, execute with the highest levels of excellence. To reiterate: this is not an administrative-centric position; it is a key strategic component in determining our company’s direction, and we need someone ready to play at that level.


Responsibilities:

  • This role entails a strong ability to direct and oversee a wide range of executive initiatives while managing the various dependencies & priorities and driving speed, quality and execution to deliver business results and value
  • Establish pragmatic governance framework across programs and projects within the portfolio of executive initiatives while implementing sound processes, practices, guidelines and tool/s that support the framework
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate to diagnose organizational opportunities and propose solutions to executive team
  • Coordinates the commitments with internal and external organizations for large scale complex plans to fulfill the broad level strategies established by executive leadership
  • Builds strong relationships with teams like Engineering, Product, and Program Management and actively collects and summarizes company developments
  • Work with the process excellence leaders, key stakeholders, and PMs to identify and monitor performance, benefit/value realization and dependencies across initiatives within the overall portfolio
  • Represents executive management to internal and external business interests in areas such as communicating business policy, strategy and direction
  • Collaborates with various business partners to address the operational requirements of the CPE group staffing, team development, budgeting, etc
  • Assist in planning and organizing team events such as town halls, skip level meetings , planning sessions and workshops

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a combination of focus, execution excellence, and business process and technology orientation are critical success attributes
  • Native-level fluency in both oral and written professional English
  • 10+ years of experience in leading both governance and delivery programs/projects
  • 10+ years of experience delivering transformation programs in complex, matrixed environments
  • 10+ years of experience working with corporate functions (i.e. human resources, finance, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience building and presenting plans to executive leadership
  • 5+ years of experience with end-to-end project/program management: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close
  • 5+ years of experience with developing executive level presentations
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing data and developing metrics to track performance to plan for a business/organization
