As the top nursing executive, you will be responsible and accountable for Quality/Compliance/Risk Management/Safety, Transitional Care, Senior Behavioral Health, Respiratory,
Sleep Lab, Pharmacy, House Supervisors, Anesthesia and Nursing Departments. Will manage overall delivery and management of nursing practice, nursing education,
professional development, nursing research, nursing administration, nursing services and responsible for the safety, quality and delivery of patient care, operations of
departments, units and service lines. As a member of the Senior Leadership team you will participate in the development of operational programs, policies and procedures to meet
ethical and legal concerns. F
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, MSN required or in progress
- 5 + years of clinical nursing experience
- 5 + years of experience as a first-line supervisor/manager
- Current NE RN license
