Lion & The Rambler is a new, modern American restaurant featuring a 46-seat restaurant and bar focusing on small farms and producers.
We are seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join our goal crushing, dynamic team!

We are looking for a professional CDC to pursue and ensure our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The ideal candidate will employ their culinary and managerial skills to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.
About You
Responsibilities:
- Flexible schedule is required, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent organizational skills and communication skills are necessary.
- Must be able to work in a high-pace and dynamic operation.
- Have a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in the similar position, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Superior knowledge of back of house duties
- Outstanding communication and supervisory skills
- Self-motivation
- Willingness to learn and grow
