Due to continued growth Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time MA or LPN as a Nursing Supervisor/Clinical Care Coordinator for our Sterling Pediatric Office. Responsibilities include pre-visit planning, patient outreach & engagement, visit/encounter preparation, encounter flow/throughput, and non-encounter workflows, including triage, orders/results tracking, scheduling, information flow, data management, and care gap reports. Provides clinical support services as needed to assist in the efficient operation of the medical center.

- Graduate from an approved Medical Assistant education program
- Certified or Registered MA or equivalent
- Two years of clinical office experience required, preferably with pediatrics
- Participates in educational conferences and updates/maintains professional knowledge and skills related to areas of practice.
