What You Will Do:

• Handle all chargebacks in a timely manner
• Consistently meet the established quota for chargebacks and submit statistics weekly
• Meet weekly with manager to discuss ways to improve and increase productivity
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation
• Maintain confidentiality with customer account information
