You geek out over big machines like loaders and excavators and really dig providing outstanding customer service. As a Channel Marketing Account Coordinator at Two Rivers Marketing, you’ll assist in the day-to-day servicing of our client’s dealer network — helping to fulfill their marketing requests.

WHAT OUR CHANNEL MARKETING COORDINATOR WILL DO ONCE THEY’RE HERE

• Support project-related and other administrative account service tasks.
• Collaborate with the Channel Marketing team to help complete client projects.
• Learn all areas of the dealer marketing business so you’re able to plug-in and help as needed.
• Fulfill incoming general requests from the dealer network with a customer-service oriented mindset.
• Manage relationships with the dealer network on the phone and via email, while also anticipating their needs.
• Use client-facing communication skills to speak to the dealer network about marketing-focused enrollment opportunities.
• Efficiently route marketing projects through the agency and our clients in a timely and organized manner.
• Train others on marketing services available.
• Manage marketing projects using Workamajig software.

WHAT OUR CHANNEL MARKETING COORDINATOR WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• College degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is preferred
• Sales and digital marketing experience is preferred
• Internship experience is a plus
• A supportive, positive attitude and team player mindset
• Ability to foster relationships with team members and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management skills
• Strong communication skills, and an ability to effectively collaborate with others
• A customer service-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple daily tasks and projects with tight deadlines
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and
• Workamajig is a plus
