JAL Appraising, Ltd. is seeking a few Independent Real Estates Appraisers to expand to Florida area. We are looking for an Independent Certified Real Estate Appraiser that has a positive work attitude. Looking for someone who is detail-oriented and focuses on the details, reliable - meeting deadlines, flexible and adaptable, friendly, hard working and motivated. Fee splits are 50/50. Paid weekly.
- JAL Appraising, Ltd. has been in business since 2000.
- Applicants must be familiar with Wintotal and/or ACI.
- Minimum Requirements: Certified Real Estate License
- Experience: relevant: 1+ year appraising as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser (preferred)
- License: Certified Real Estate Appraiser or higher
- Insurance: Must have own E & O Insurance (preferred)
- Software: Wintotal and/or ACI and MLS
