Currently has PRN COTA position( 5 visits per week) available in Northeast Ohio to treat and service home bound patients in the Grafton, OH, Elyria, Oh. area and surrounding territory. The ideal candidate will hold a state of Ohio COTA license, and is looking to supplement their current income or keep active a couple days per week. The position being offered is paid per visit and is based on experience in Home Healthcare.

Starting rate: $35.00-$40.00 per visit

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork and turn in payroll
• Keeping open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experience
• Facilitating communication with Lead Occupational Therapist to manage patient care
• Completion of in home therapy service, education to patients and caregivers and diligent detailed notes on all paperwork
• Attend meetings (as needed with the Toledo therapy team)

Job Requirements:

• One year of active home therapy required
• Degree in Occupational therapy from an accredited school
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant License for the state of Ohio
• Ability to travel to patient’s home or facility
• Strong communication skills
• Home healthcare experience preferred

Job Type: Per visit Pay starting at $35-$40.00 (Based on Home Health experience) Salary: $175.00 - $200.00 per week
