Accurate Home Care is looking for a CNA/HHA to join our team of home care professionals. In this position you will primarily assist patients with their bathing needs in their homes, according to your availability.

This strong team of home health professionals manages the care of our patients while building relationships and ensuring a positive patient experience. The Home Health Aide plays a key role in providing direct patient care according to the individualized care plan.

What will I be doing?

• Help patients reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the Case Manager.
• Provides emotional support and promotes a sense of well-being.

. Requirements: What do I need to bring to the job?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must show poof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Certified Nursing Assistant training completed (75 hours)
• Current CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license and minimal moving violations
• Must be fluent in the English language

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Self-determined schedule
