Certified Medication Aide (7am-8pm)-Part Time and Full Time Job at The Cliffs at Eagle Rock
- Performs medication pass (7am-8pm) - 3 times a week
- Follow the assistance plan in providing services to residents.
- Assist in the development and updating of each resident's assistance plan.
- Clean up areas used during resident care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility, (when needed).
- Give residents prescribed medication in accordance with state regulations.
- Assist residents with medical problems as outlined in the resident service plan.
- Encourage socialization among residents.
- Report any changes to RN.
- Assist in keeping the environment safe for residents.
- Report concerns about residents to Nurse/DON and co-workers.
- Respond to resident emergencies; provide first-aid assistance and arrange for appropriate medical attention/follow-up.
- Identify supplies needed to perform tasks and report needs to Nurse or Administration.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
