Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Job at RMV
We are looking for an organized and compassionate certified medical assistant to greet patients, schedule appointments and collect personal information from patients. The certified medical assistant is also responsible for taking vital signs, helping doctors with diagnoses and collecting lab samples.
Job Description:
- Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant
- Sub Specialty(s): Medical Assistant, Clinic, Ambulatory Care
- Location: Wrangell, AK
- Shift: 8 Hours morning
- Contract Duration: 16 weeks
Resposibilities:
- As a member of the clinical care delivery team for a hospital based outpatient department or physician practice.
- Provides designated clinical care to patients under the direction of an LPN, RN, or medical provider.
- Performs clerical/administrative duties associated with front desk operations under the direction of the Practice Manager/Director and/or Site Manager or Office Coordinator.
- Room patients, POCT, vitals, documentation and vaccine administration.
Requirements:
- Medical Assistant Certificate
- AHA BLS - Basic Life Support Certificate
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $25.22 - $45.00 per hour
