Ceramic Flooring Installer Job at Rusmur Floors
We are a family-owned and operated business for over 60 years looking for motivated and hard-working individuals with experience in various flooring installation methods, specifically ceramic tile for floors, walls, showers and backsplashes.
If you have prior floor installation experience but have not worked with ceramic tile, we will provide comprehensive on-the-job training to learn the skills needed.
Duties:
- Loading and unloading of materials
- Tear out, installation and clean-up of the job site
- Cut and shape materials according to measurements
- Communicate with sales, warehouse and other installers to ensure expectations are met
Requirements:
- Knowledge of various flooring installation methods. Ceramic tile installation knowledge and experience is preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and ceramic installation methods
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, kneel, bend over, etc. for long periods.
Positions are available at multiple showroom locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
