Center Manager Job at Coastal Community Action, Inc.
Accountable for the overall operation of the Child Development Centers (CDC) and includes planning, coordinating program activities and supervising center staff (i.e. classroom staff, Center Support Assistant) in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards and the North Carolina State Child Care Regulations.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred with three or more years’ supervisory and managerial experience; Associate degree in Early Childhood and/or Child Development required and five or more years supervisory and managerial experience.
· Computer skills are needed to operate software and databases, manage data, produce reports, and communicate on a regular and ongoing basis.
· Must have a North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services criminal record check (CRC) and have a valid Division of Child Department of Child Development and Early Education CRC Qualification letter.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
