CDPAP Junior Coordinator (Home Healthcare) Job at Edison Home Health Care
Edison Home Health Care - is seeking a Junior Coordinator for our CDPAP department to join our agency's Brooklyn office. If you have experience in home health care or customer service roles please apply! Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing communication with clients for updating records and ensuring satisfaction with our services
- Documents all notes and updates
- Verify Timesheets for Personal Attendants (Pas)
- Keeping all electronic records up-to-date, and in strict compliance with agency policy and regulations
- Working closely with the Department of Social Services and Managed care contracts for timely and accurate record compliance.
- Coordinating applications and monitoring caregiver compliance
- Reports all incidents to your immediate supervisor
- Provides excellent customer service skills
- Performs other duties as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience with home care coordination - Preferred
- Knowledge of HHA Exchange Software – Preferred
- Bilingual Spanish - Preferred
- A positive, compassionate, and outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, trouble-shoot, and meet deadlines
- Remain composed and professional under pressure and excel in time management
