RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow instructions and assist with other duties as required.
- Perform daily equipment inspections before and after each shift.
- Safely operate commercial vehicle
- Submit service requests if issues are found
SKILLS
- Ability to use good judgement, procedures, guidelines and rules
- Flexible work schedule
- Street Sweeping experience a plus, but we are willing to train the right person if interest is shown.
- Two years of CDL experience
- Valid Medical Certificate and Physical clearance
WORKING CONDITIONS
The purpose of this position is to operate heavy construction, maintenance and transportation equipment in a variety of maintenance activities including street sweeping, street cleaning, and related operations according to required standards, operating of a street sweeper. Daily responsibilities will include pre-trip, post-trip and preventative maintenance. Daily recap reports. Washing and equipment up-keep. Yard support services, such as cleaning and organizing. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Installation and maintenance of inlet protecting devices, operating heavy construction equipment such as street sweeper.
