JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking amazing Front Counter personnel for a restaurant in the Kona Airport. As a Front Counter employee you set the tone for great experience once the customers comes through the restaurant. Your main responsibility is to provide the best customer service and cater to the guests needs.
FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Counter - Enter customer orders on the POS system.
- Cashier - Handling the cash register accurately. Collecting/processing different forms of payments.
- Bartending - Making and serving beverages to the customers.
- Make sure the counter is clean at all times.
- Frequent physical demands include
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Stooping, squatting, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and bending.
- Committed to the work schedule created by management.
- Complete all other tasks requested by management to ensure exception service to customers.
Compensation: $13/hour
