NBN Group, is actively seeking a full-time Case Manager for our Cherry Hill, NJ location.

This position is responsible for scheduling field staff for our community based behavioral program, and participating in the employment process. You will be responsible for reviewing documentation submitted by field staff, creating weekly reports using Hometrak and CPR+, and establishing relationships with referral sources, and working closely with our team.

The ideal candidate must be computer savvy and have experience with contact or data management systems. Knowledge of CPR+, Hometrak and HHA Exchange a plus! Excellent customer serivce skills is required. Must be a self starter who is analytical, likes to multi task and enjoys challenges and working in a fast paced enviroment.

Hours worked are Monday through Friday, periodic on-call may be required.
