Crown Staffing is seeking a Case Manager in Lexington, KY. This position is $25/hr, 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule, Monday - Friday.

This career opportunity is a contract position. While on assignment as a Crown Associate, you can enjoy benefits such as weekly pay, direct deposit or pay card, and the ongoing support of your Crown Staffing team, who work to advocate for your success! After successfully completing the required 520 hours, you may be considered for permanent placement with the client company!

Our client is a substance use disorder in an innovative recovery ecosystem focused on reducing barriers in substance use disorders, housing, and employment. Caseworkers provide social services to clients. Their goal is to improve financial, social, and psychological functioning. They work with clients to connect them with the proper government resources and services. In a clinical setting, they may address mental health or substance abuse problems.

As a Case Manager, you can expect to:

- File and maintain case history reports.

- Interview clients to assess their situational needs.

- Determine which services and assistance that is necessary.

- Serve as a liaison between the client and social, financial, health and legal services.

- Develop a plan of action to improve the client’s well-being.

- Plan and modify plans as circumstances change for the individual.

Great candidates will have the following experience, skills, or education:

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study.

- Experience with the homeless population and substance abuse disorder (SUD) clients.

- Active listening to better understand the needs of their client so they can create a plan of action.

- Social context to understand the challenges and opportunities clients face.

- Written and verbal communication to interface with government organizations.

- Critical thinking and decision-making to plan the best course of action for their clients.

- Problem solving to improve the well-being of their clients through advocacy.
