Carpenter Job at Gillmann Services, Inc.
Gillmann Services is seeking carpenters for the assembly of Solar Panel Racking in the Ogdensburg, NY area!
Pay: $18-$20+ per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 40 per week, some OT possible.
Duties:
-Using hand and power tools to assemble racking systems for solar panels
-Lifting, carrying, and transporting materials
-General site maintenance / clean-up as needed
Qualifications:
-Previous experience installing racking systems.
-Must be mechanically inclined, able to read a tape measure, and use hand tools like wrenches, sockets, mallet etc.
-Ability to work at high heights with the use of a safety harness, outdoors, in attics and crawlspaces in extreme conditions.
-Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
-Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds up and down a ladder
