Hearthstone Senior Living is searching for a Memory Care Caregiver that has a heart to serve our residents with love, respect, and integrity.

This position is full time . The ideal person will display kindness and empathy toward their team members and the residents that live in our community.

REQUIRED: Vaccinations required or qualified medical/religious exceptions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Caregiving experience-preferred
• Approved background check
• High school graduate or GED
• Excellent communication skills

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (the following is an outline of responsibilities and not intended to be a comprehensive list of responsibilities and may change from time to time)
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, care of personal items, mobility, answer calls, etc.)
• Record and document care provided.
• Assist residents with activities.
• Work collaboratively with other care staff.
• Demonstrate an appreciation of the heritage, values, and wisdom of the residents.
• Attend and complete required trainings in person and online.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

BENEFITS:

• Medical: $90 a month after 30 days of employment for full-time employees, additional cost when you add family member(s).
