The Sunflower Springs at Homosassa is a state-of-the-art, senior living community located in the heart of Homosassa Springs, FL. Our community provides the finest senior living experiences for those calling or wanting to call this beautiful area home.
We are seeking a_ Caregiver _that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.
In the role of a Caregiver you will provide excellent direct care to our residents on a daily basis. The incumbent will ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standard. Perform various other resident-focused tasks as assigned.
Schedule: 12-hour shift, days will vary, weekend availability
Rate of pay: Starting at $13.25 per hour depending on experience. Competitive shift differential for overnight shifts

Requirements
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
