Role: Care Management Director
Location: Lodi, CA
Contract Duration: 22 weeks with a possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $93/hour
Work Schedule: 40hrs/week
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
AG Globe Services offers a $500 signing bonus paid over 5 weeks for the successful applicant.
Referral incentive program up to $250.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be an RN in the state of CA
- Must have 5 to 10 years case management experience
- Care Management Certification preferred (ACMA or equivalent)
- Demonstrated track record in outcomes (LOS and denial reduction)
