You will have the opportunity to support TeamWorx Security’s long-term positioning in the marketplace. The perfect Capture Manager will work to gather business intelligence and turn data into actionable items for the pursuit. You will also have the opportunity to develop solutions that address our customer’s needs in a compelling way.

Your Day-to-Day

• Capture opportunities in MPO and USCYBERCOMMAND
• Oversee opportunities and help develop a strategy to win them
• Review and check for new business opportunities in platforms such as Bloomberg GOV, FBO, eBuy, GovWin and other capture management software
• Collect business intelligence and evaluate the customer analysis and the competition analysis
• Perform internal analysis of TeamWorx Security’s strengths and weaknesses, use this information to drive the company’s win strategy for opportunities
• Develop capture strategy and identify actions that need to be taken to implement the capture strategy and plan
• Lead strategic capture efforts throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage and direct various business functions throughout the capture process
• Present opportunities at each gate review to executive leadership
• Work across teams to develop solutions and meet client requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Understand the Fort Meade community
• Understand contracting vehicles such as Stars III, FAA eFAST, and SeaPort NxG
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field or 6+ years of relevant industry experience (i.e., military experience)
• Knowledge of Cyber, Intel, or Automation and AI capabilities and TTPs
• Knowledge and experience working with the military, DoD, DHS, IC, or National Guard
• Experience with Bloomberg Government
• Experience working with an SBA-certified 8(a) and SDVOSB company
• Experience in marketing, corporate strategy, contracts, project management, and proposal development
• US citizenship required and willing to submit for a DoD security clearance
• Propensity for relationship building and understanding of our customer industry and use-cases
• Exceptional verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly, while still having the ability to focus on details and being analytical
• Good technical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
• Be a great teammate and a self-starter
