OEM Medical Solutions, LLC serves the Mid-Atlantic healthcare community through innovative medical equipment sales, service, and management solutions. We are the representative firm for Skytron, LLC in Maryland and Washington, D.C. We seek an experienced sales professional to support Skytron sales and service in Maryland and Washington, DC.

You must have medical equipment sales experience and knowledge of Operating Room procedures and protocols to be considered for this position.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Promotes Skytron's product portfolio, achieving sales quota within the assigned territory through planning, organizing, and implementing a territory sales strategy; product promotion, customer presentations, equipment demos/trials, pipeline development, project and installation coordination; and other sales activities in alignment with company goals
  • Pursues, promotes, and develops key account and IDN relationships, communicating identified gaps at a team, partner, or individual level. Articulates strategies for attaining success
  • Participates in national and regional sales training meetings and programs
  • Attends relevant regional and local trade shows
  • Stays current in relevant reporting systems following company guidelines
  • Reports sales strategy, pipeline, and overall territory development during monthly business reviews
  • Ensures goals are in alignment with the assigned territory and OEM's strategic plan
  • Responsible for completion of annual personal development review
  • Develops and maintains a mastery level knowledge of Skytron products, industry, and market trends, communicating at a resource level to customers

Requirements:

  • A high degree of self-motivation and excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and presentation skills
  • Be comfortable within the OR setting
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Confident, passionate, personable, energetic, and honest. A high level of integrity is a must.
  • B.S. degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of Medical Device - Capital Sales experience
  • Must have two years of B2B sales experience with a high emphasis on customer service
  • Prior work/sales experience with capital products for the Operating Room, Hybrid Rooms, Emergency Room, Central Sterile Services, Intensive Care Unit, exam rooms, and/or Labor & Delivery departments.

All field sales professionals required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must complete the credentialing process required by the health system, including but not limited to COVID-19 vaccine management.
