Position Overview

Campus Manager’s main face to the customer ensuring they remain the top priority while balancing tasks and routines. The position involves talking to prospective parents and students about iCode methods and goals, giving campus tours, and helping enroll new students. Other duties include ensuring the classrooms and labs are organized and well maintained to ensure students have the best possible experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with kids, teens, and adults is a must.

Excellent phone skills are also a must as the SOC will be heavily engaged with making sales calls to prospects on a daily basis to increase school enrollment and to survey parents of existing students.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform assigned administrative duties on a daily basis
● Make and receive sales calls on a daily based to generate enrollments
● Provide campus tours to prospective students and their families to generate enrollments
● Coordinate on-site and off-site events to promote iCode and generate enrollments
● Assist Campus Director with the student enrollment process
● Assist Campus Director to ensure the reception area and all classrooms are maintained to high standards on a daily basis
● Conduct weekly/monthly Inventory of all classroom and office supplies
● Process orders for supplies and course materials inventory
● Assist with updating database information on a daily basis

● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
● Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively multitask
● Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize workflow
● Excellent problem-solving skills
● Able to perform duties successfully in an independent and team environment
● Experienced with MS OFFICE SUITE, Google Docs, CRM

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
