The Call Taker must be able to handle customer problems and complaints and provide satisfaction for these problems in the best interest of BrandsMart Service Corporation, BrandsMart USA and the customer. Take all customer information pertaining to any product, which need to be repaired and schedule appointments for in-home service. Check on status of products and communicate information to the customer in a pleasant manner. Inform customers of part orders or any delays in the repair of a product.
This is a full time, hourly position, reporting to the Call Taker Manager.
Bilingual preferred but not required
