Compensation: $20.37/hr

Compass Health Network is searching for a Call Center Supervisor who is responsible for leading a team of centralized schedulers/central operators. This individual is responsible for the supervision and training of these individuals and will also ensure compliance of the call center team. This position is full time, benefits eligible. Responsibilities of the Call Center Supervisor:

  • Train, coordinate, supervise, and guide all call center agents
  • Help coordinate effective scheduling process between all team members
  • Ensures compliance of call center agent team by listening to calls and reporting information to call center team and supervisor
  • Develop and implement ongoing improvements to track data in all interfaces
  • Coordinates the workflow making sure everyone maximizes their time and that all phone queues are properly staffed
  • Ensure the after-hours on-call process is managed correctly
  • Run and monitor the Auto dialer reporting
  • Complete and submit daily census
  • Track residential bed census ensuring accuracy
  • Track necessary referral information
  • Investigate and respond to internal and external complaints or issues as they arise


Job Requirements

High School/GED required

Experience in secretarial/clerical training and office management required
