EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 months of call center experience but not required. Knowledge of how to use equipment including multi-line phone system, computer and practice software.
REQUIREMENTS: Computer skills, customer service skills, ability to travel to other office locations on occasion, ability to stay late or come in early if needed. Company Benefits:

We are actively recruiting for a Call Center Representative to join our growing team at Midwest Eye Center.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilites include:
Greets patients in polite, prompt, helpful manner and provides any necessary instructions/directions- Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
- Maintaining cohesive physician schedules for all locations
- Obtaining necessary information from patients to create a comprehensive medical advisory
- Willingness to further advance medical knowledge to maintain a working understanding of all diagnosis and their specific scheduling needs
- Able to maintain composure and patience with demanding phone calls
- Accurately and efficiently process and transfer calls as needed using a multi-line phone system
- Maintains clean, orderly working area and shared work space
- Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested
- Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations
- Maintains confidentiality in regard to patient accounts status
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED at the minimum.
